Service Level Agreements .
These contracts are for the more bespoke range of services that we offer and usually include a wide range disciplines. That may include website maintenance, social media management, PR, marketing campaigns, design & print and event management & promotion.
These are quoted on an individual basis.
Montly Website Support Contract .
So, you’ve got your new website, but how do you keep it performing and producing the results you want over the months ahead.
Many of our clients opt for this service, which comes with a simple monthly fee, so there are no nasty surprises.
Let’s explain what it covers.
- All annual hosting fees, domain fees and SSL certificates
- Daily server backups and disaster recovery service
- Regular cloud backups of your website, for fast roll back
- 7 day a week support via helpdesk system
- Up-time monitoring, alerts & speed monitoring
- All software updates including base software, plugins, PHP & server software
- Updating your website with new content, such as news posts, pages or custom content
- Email support
Our monthly support contracts start at £200 a month (plus VAT) and are sufficient for the majority of our clients.

Annual Website Support Contract .
If you are confident that you are able to manage your new website in house and do not need the reassurance of our monthly support contract, then you may want to consider an annual contract.
Let’s explain what it covers.
- All annual hosting fees, domain fees and SSL certificates
- Daily server backups and disaster recovery service
- All software updates including base software, plugins, PHP & server software
- Resolving functionality issues
Our annual support contracts start at £450 a year (plus VAT) but additional services beyond the above are charged at £55 an hour plus VAT, with a minimum charge of 1 hour per support issue logged.
