Another Record Year for our Blackburn Based Customers & Social Media

During what must have been one of the most challenging years for the whole country, Square Cactus have continued to be at the forefront of social media in their home town of Blackburn.

The calendar year of 2020 saw our posts on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram reach over 37 million impressions. Engagement with our accounts for Blackburn clients topped a combined 3 million and direct visits to client’s websites reached just over 1 million.

Over 24,000 messages have gone out on behalf of our clients and we’ve received over 64,000 messages on behalf of our clients and our videos have been viewed over 1 million times.

Yet again, the small team have hit impressive response rates, showing Square cactus to be in the top 5% of reply times, based on industry standards, with over 93% of interactions requiring a reply responded to in 15 minutes or less. This is even more impressive, when this response rate is maintained 7 days a week for 14 hours a day.

Ian Holmes, director of Square Cactus, said: “After the most challenging year we could have imagined, Square Cactus have again reached new heights for their Blackburn clients. Supporting the businesses in the town centre and offering a high level of customer focused support to their customers on social media has always been key to the work we do.

“We are proud to be a key influencer in the town and 2020 yet again proved that we remain at the forefront of communications in the town.”
